I had mine taken out...if I had a time machine I would have definitely followed a better diet for so many reasons...food (bad) food can be your enemy!
I'd cut down on cheese and peanut butter, because they are my main sources of fat. I wouldn't try to live totally fat free, though, because it wouldn't be healthy.
I hope you feel better soon, and i hope you can eat potatoes and sour cream.
Cut down, but have it taken out
My x got hers taken out. She doesn't really cut down on anything. At first after her surgery she almost had an accident pooping her in her pants a few times, or maybe she did have an accident. Theres so much greese in the poop that it's kindof hard to hold in.
I haven't heard any complaints from her since, I should ask her sometimes, it's been several years since her surgery.
Defo, need to looj after your body,,we only have the one.
You have to stick to a strict diet, as your body cannot produce bile anymore. Both my mom and brother had theirs removed.
I had my gallbladder out many years ago. It will change your eating habits. Learn what hurt you and then cut them out or reduce them. Some people have little to no effects. I did with many foods and had to stop eating many things.
