i'd wait until you get into the pool, then you can wet your hair in the pool, then put the cap on. that way you won't embarrass yourself when you go hard, as no one would see it. hope this helps as i completely understand why that happens.

I'd say either wait until right before you get in the pool to put the cap on or flip your johnson up into your waistband. ;)
