    It's better to just let them flow when they're there. It's refreshing; otherwise, you're bottling them up and that will damage your mental health in the long run. Tears don't disappear just because you refuse to let them flow... unshed tears put unnecessary pressure on your state of mind.

    I felt this should be done strictly in private preferable in the shower so I'd lie to myself, I have a greater understand of this person Iam, I do as I feel havemt shed in a very long tome

    let them go because tears will flow silently through soul and cleanses your heart i believe crying is the best way to express our feelings =)
