    Its all lifestyle change...there is hardly any easy way

    exercize frequently and eat real food (as opposed to foodlike substances)

    the excercize consolidates the nutritional intake as tissue (muscular, bone) without it turning it into fat alone... (some fat is good!)

    There are shakes designed to help build up weight. These are generally used in people that have had a long illness that has made them lose a lot of weight or something like that. There are lots to choose from. Complan is quite popular. It has tons of vitamins and protein in it so it is healthier than stuffing yourself full of fat and carbs. I believe they also do soups now so gives you a good variety to work with.

    I guess you could google more. Maybe search build up shakes, meal replacement shakes and things like that
