The best abdominal and hip exercises?
So I'm back hitting the gym after a few months out and I still have some stubborn fat around my mid section, including my hips, abs and bum. Everytime I hit the gym, I do at least 20 minutes of cardio and then hit the weights (I love weights!). I will work different sections of my body on different days, but am really stuck for effective exercises when it comes to hips and abdomen. Any suggestions?
