The hospital is sending my nephew home sick because he wont take his meds what should i do?

my family found out that he has the swine flu like two days ago. my mother just found out today thatr his nurse was going to ask to discharge him because he wasnt taking his meds,but i normally does with people he knows. now hes on his way home with a fever and the swine flu

and i was wondering if i needed to file a complaint.

What is the hospital suppose to do? Your complaint is with your nephew not the hospital, the nurse tried to get him to take his meds and if he didn't or doesn't want to get well give that bed to someone they can help.

If a patient is uncooperative in assisting the nurses and doctors in trying to become healed why should they waste their time - or the hospital's services. Cosreal	Posted Oct 4th, 2009 at 3:31PM OMG MY BEST FRIEND JUST DIED OF THE SWINE FLU ON SEPT 25TH.. I AM STILL IN GRIEF THUS , MY NEW AVATAR from what his family and friends tell me .... no one, including my friend thought he was that sick and took his health lightly.. until that day his vital signs were too low and they put him in an induced coma.... .. and he couldn't take it... tell his mother that she has to do something about it! DEMAND HE STAY! DEMAND HIM TO TAKE HIS MEDS! Rated: +1Vote for this!
