    This afternoon, my wife made the following for me:
    Baked salmon, glazed with honey and Thai chili paste, and then broiled at the very last few minutes to crisp up the glaze.

    In addition to the salmon, she baked me a sweet potato, and prepared some cauliflower that had been heated in an olive oil-covered frying pan, with garlic and red chili peppers on top.

    To drink, I had two glasses of milk.

    I made it---per usual the chef never showed up! lol I gotta fire that person--it seems I always have to cook my own dinner! lol I should be so lucky to have a chef!

    cook myself dont usually lash out on take away or eating out.. too expensive these days to throw money away.
