That is so odd I just watched that for the first time last night. I think he was a little of both; he had the right idea about escaping society but he also went to drastic measures and put himself at risk.

Entr0py	Posted Jun 29th, 2009 at 10:52PM I never saw the movie, but I have read the book and I quite liked it. There's something about Chris McCandless that I admire. I can't quite put it into words, but I'd like to be like that to some extent. Rated: +1Vote for this!
