You need more information, if you haven't been given it it's a badly worded problem (at least as far as I can see... it's a while since I did maths). If the other ba<x>ses are the same distance apart, then it's a square, and it's pretty easy. If it's a rhombus, you need to know the distance between first and third, or the length of any one side..

heheh..youre right. the field was cut into 4. each side is a 90 degree triangle.
let x be the missing
x^2+x^2=120^2, x=60..one triangle is 1800 ft. overall, the area is 7200 sq.ft
