That is true no matter how much the liberals wish it wasn't,
Id like to add that another purpose of the constitution is to protect the minority from the whims of the majority.Like (3)

Disagree, it's purpose is to establish laws and rules invented by reason to govern the republic and society, endowed with liberty and justice for all times.

Right. If the government (and I lump both major parties together on this one) actually adhered to the Constitution, it would be a vastly different country.

Then if you truly think this in 2014 and 2016 You and your group must replace everysingle (GOP/TEAPARTY){ DOM} in all house's and start with (whole new People first) ( not Govenment) But in my lifetime it will never happen because everyone hears and falls for the lies that both parties plays on you. Because of the lies in TV Ads They will take your guns and kill your mother lies. Our whole United States Washington is 1/4 of it is for the poor/middleclass the other is for 1/2 for Large tax breakes for the so called Job makers and 61 famliy's that have over 10 million to keep there money. another 1/8 is for the farmer who puts food on your table another is to keep 1.6Tillion is Oil Gas Companies Profitsrest were below . And to make sure they pay nothing in tax's.
Plus last year in total job's with a living wage for oil pumping was 1,369 theLike (2)

Did the United States Constitution make provisions for the creation of a "Federal Government"? I say it did not. We are still a Republic. Therein lys the problem, to many bureaucrats believe in the formation of a "Federal Government", which would be in direct conflict of a government "Of the people, for the people and ruled by the people". A "Federal Government" would have to much control over the citizens lives, freedoms and liberties. The Bill of Rights and Articles of the Constitution would be useless (and helpless) to protect the citizens from a corrupt government. No where in the Constitution does the wording, "formation of a Federal Government" appear.

That is, unless the majority of the population have weapons and seizes the gov. by force. There is power in numbers. It's just that we are all cowards, that's all. I say Syria style.Like (1)
