"The Rape Tunnel", I have my thoughts, what are your thoughts?

Personally I feel Art should have a positive effect or outcome on all invloved (artist, subject, viewer), even if that means sheding light on something negative. The "artisit" of the "The Rape Tunnel" can say that he is making an impact, which he is, but can you honestly call that Art? In my personal opinon (which you can totally disagree with) what the "artist" has done is simply a waste of time, money, and material just so that he can get his fifteen min.
So again, what do you think?
