Relationships can be compared to cars standing side by side. If they start together and accelerate together up to the same top speed they will continue on together through the journey.
But if one car is a drag racing car and powers of rapidly reaching warp speed 9 and leaves the other car in it's wake then they shall part ways because one car accelerated too fast for the other car.
Sometimes people who are 100% into a relationship get to that 100% speed within a few days and they blow the socks off the other person who is only at 20%. The other person is overwhelmed and departs because they are not fast and furious. If the 100% person just kept it cool for a while and paced themselves to the other person then they would have alliterated together into a long relationship.Like (1)
