I get a thingy saying 'someone thanked you for...' but it doesnt say who o_0

you know how when you're writing it, there is this little button that allows you to pick what the thank you note says? (ie. thanks for the letter, it was inspiring), the notes I receive never say that. it just says someone thanked you for your story. so it doesn't matter what you pick because the person's not even gunna receive it, so why bother?
