Not necessarily, women can be beautiful on the outside but a mean person on the inside, that makes them disgusting as a human being, but a woman with whatever shape, size, color, or level of beauty can be beautiful if she's a great person on the inside and that, no matter what will show she's a beautiful person.

True. The youth and beauty of a woman is love and compassion. A 89 years grandma could be very beautiful, and young. Is there an obligatory need for power ? I would prefer to say energy instead. Nice question, thank you for share.
