Depends on your definition of 'free'. Do you mean with no financial cost, or no sacrifice? I think that the best things in life (fresh air, love, sunlight) come with no financial cost, but they often demand some sort of sacrifice on our part. So I would say that the best things in life are always within our reach, but might cost us dearly.
