Unfortunately, you can't eliminate bullies. They are attention-getters and insecure individuals who can't face their own faults/failures/issues. The best thing you can do in dealing with bullies is to either ignore it, walk away, or report it immediately. It's very easy to want to fight fire with fire, but it will only cause everything to escalate to a dangerous level. You're not going to be able to reason with logic to a bully. They are hurting too, but choose to take the easy way out - on you - instead of facing themselves. Perhaps if you report the bullying, the bullies can get the help they need to resolve their issues more productively. Either way, if you are being bullied or see someone being bullied, don't be afraid to stand up and intervene. We cannot allow this kind of uncivilized behavior to keep on continuing. People are dying, people are killing themselves and others.

Don't be there, a bully can only be a bully if you are present and you feed into their taunts or acts. Do not respond to them, ignore them to the point of looking past them. it will disarm them completely. It is the art of being invisible.

You can't get rid of bullies. There will always be bullies. Bullies are basically cowards. They bully others to build their self esteem. They bully others because they are miserable and unhappy with themselves and being a bully make them feel good for a few minutes. If you understand the reason why they are bullies then you can;t help but pity them. They are really sad, unhappy, unproductive and lonely people.

you can't get rid of them lol. People who bully others have problems in their lives. If you can figure out what makes them vulnerable maybe you can help them.
