    The true feelings are changing.
We are born to experience and learn things because we want to communicate with others and get the good feelings.
As a baby,we had someone to take care of us,the feelings to things formed. Then the things we went through changed our feelings to the things.

You are absolutely right. Before we expressing the true feelings,we should have a deep understanding of them. The thinking can help us know if they are the right person.Observe and think in different ways. It's true that some feelings can block the way of thinking. The saying that "love is blind" can be true, but there are also "love"s that are not blind. Now,the love becomes different to different people. It's not that love is gone,it's that the meaning of love has been changed. We create the words to describe the things and the feelings, not to make us stuck in the thoughts.Sometimes we need to think about it and get the good feelings back. The change of the words, the change of the thoughts. We can only act out in one way at a time, but we can think about that what other ways there can be and what we would feel in those situations.Yeah, sometimes we can be confused. But we can learn more in this way and feel much better after that.

"letting" it out doesn't mean "telling" anyone necessarily..
Although often i just be honest and people get used to it and sometimes
at least they know where to come if thats what they want.

They don't tell you that, it is exactly what was people used to do, in old times, when average lifetime was so short and killing was so common.
