Thinking in terms of oatmeal?

If 1/3 of a cup of dry oats = 2/3 of a cup of cooked oats and that is = to 3 & 1/2 cups of oats in your stomach, which measurement would one use as the definitive?

whowasthatmaskedm an	Posted Jul 11th, 2009 at 8:07AM If it says "Oats" its the dry ingredient. If it says "oatmeal" or "porridge" (depending on where you're from) it would almost certainly be as part of a diet sheet. In that case it "should" be the cooked product. Rated: +1Vote for this!
