Did you know that if you're about to go to sleep, the worst thing you can do is watch television or the computer? Something about all those little flashes of light make it harder to fall asleep than reading a book or doing anything that doesn't involve a screen.

    I do not have a tv or a computer in my bedroom and I like it better that way.

    They also say that the bedroom should be free of any of that stuff so the room is only for sleep.
