Walk instead of driving, if where you need to go is a mile or less, walk there. if it is 5 miles or less ride a bike there. in this way you exercise and save money. not to mention doing just that little simple thing have great effects on helping our environment.

Go for a half hour fast walk every evening just around sunset. Walk 14 minutes away from your home and try to get as far away as you can walking. Then turn around and see if you can get home in the same time.
