Those who give up essential liberty to purchase safety deserve neither liberty nor safety. True? False?

Debatable...in Canada we live in realtive liberty and safety by giving up some of the liberty that makes society dangerous, (like the fruits of the American 2nd ammendment). That does not mean that we do not deserve liberty or safety, and neither does it mean that we are not able to rally and defend at a moments notice. You push us at a personal level and we will push back, just as anyone would. Franklins world view was very different because he lived in a different time of man. Society has moved on, and so should the ideals of the nation.

Am I the only who would not feel safe where everyone is armed and waiting for you to make a wrong move?

False, they give up liberty for the illusion of extra safety. But, like everyone else, they deserve both.

I live in a country where most people do not own guns, I like it fine. I remember seeing a gun for the first time in the US, visiting, it was a policeman, my mouth was hitting the floor !!! Your country fine. People need to have semi automatic weapons at home !! Again not my culture.
