I called customer relations and asked for a corperate number. They replied they have no number for them you have to email them through cell phone home page. What they told me to do led me to dead ends... Then I called back and asked for public relations department.. They said we have no public relations department... I said go figure. I then went to the cell phone companies home page again.And could find no way of contacting anyone. Then I

found a place for share holders to contact them... Well I did, at least that got me to the corperate office.. I then explained my story to them. They gave me an executive public relations number to call. I called and within 5 minutes I was released from my cell phone

contract with no early termination fees. It took me 7 months dealing with customer service

and their tech. support and all it took was one 5 minute call to the right people... Thanks

I didn't see your cell phone question yesterday, but I'm glad things worked out for you. I miss the days of independent business where customer service was tops! Remember when owners and managers knew you by name???
