I`m from Alaska so I guess I was spoiled by sushi joints that were actually run by first-generation Japanese people.

    We have a place called Mongolian Grill and it's ran by mexicans. Great fun. I just thought it was funny.

    Since I moved here about two weeks ago, I've cooked peppered and salted rib-eye steaks, eggs on toast most every morning, rice and curry, breakfast muffins with carrot, and from-scratch mac and cheese. You want me to bring a kitchen to Mexico and cook for myself there too?

    im not sure if i would trust sushi in most parts of the south west.
