Here's what I do, I get the saddest song I can find, and cry my eyes out. I'm not ashamed, I'm not ashamed!. These are manly tears alright . ); *sniffs*

    1. Write down all your problems. get em right where you can see em and make em your *****. You can make solutions and achieve them. Work on solving one at a time, patiently. You own those problems! You rock!

    2. Pick up a hobby that yields a visible success, like a skill or sport. Seeing success does wonders.

    3. Do one thing every day just because you flipping want to. Eat something nice, watch tv, make french toast at 3am.

    4. Pick good people for friends, you don't have to put up with anybody who doesn't value you. Good doesn't mean sinless and clean.

    5. Don't hate yourself when you aren't perfect. Laugh instead. It's gonna be that way alot.

    6. Sleep, eat well, and exercise; a sedentary lifestyle kills your mind long before it kills your body.

Break things down to little tasks. Do what you can and accept that you can't do it all.
