I always get a hot pack and put one on my lower stomach and one on my lower back and you become numb to the pain. Other than that eating bananas and drinking lots of water helps. Putting pressure on your stomach helps too like your hand or put your knees up to your chest. Cramps suck. Feel better!
Excessive has always helped me. Heating pads work best when they are unbearable. I had the worst pain in the works before birth control.
Go on birth control.
Put salt on your belly button :)
If you're anywhere near a Walmart, and you think you can drive, I suggest grabbing some pain medicine for it.
