No. By placing a sign (caution: wet floor) you admit to knowing there is a problem (that you could remedy with a soft rubber mat) and are accepting responsibility.<br />

You could consider installing a rubber mat, or placing a "no running" sign.

Among other things like making sure all suction holes have kill switches within reach of them and that you paint a sign on the bottom of your pool saying "Do Not Jump Or Dive" .
