No, I love my kids and love being able to stay home with them and watch them grow. That said, I have my days. I love motherhood but I hate being a stay at home mom sometimes. I think I'd be happier working, and am taking steps to finish my education so I can when they are a little older. For now I make sure to take time for *me* as a wife and mother it's easy to forget to make sure to take care of ourselves. Not just basic needs, but to continue with our hobbies and interests. I bake often I find it relaxing, and do some freelance writing and blogging. Participate in writing contests for fun. Take time to pick up a good book when I can. It's very important for moms to not forget their interests outside of family. Otherwise life will be unsatisfying and depressing. Our kids and husbands can't fulfill all of our needs. We need friends and interests outside of them to stay sane and remember who we are besides "mommy"

No, I love my life. Most of all, I love being around to see my children learn and grow and be there to witness all the little funny things they do. I love seeing them laugh. To me, being a Mum is the best job in the world. I'm really sorry it's not like that for you :o(

I adore my children, and have made the choice to stay home because I didn't want to miss a moment of anything! But it's not all that personally gratifying. It's not really about being a mom, it's about what I am with out that. Which is nothing at all!!!

oh! Thanks, well I do work, now on maternity holiday, but I still do some part-time and also work from home, so I don't lose touch with things, it works well, the company has a kindergarten, so I am lucky I reckon. Could you work say in a Kindergarten or something like?
