hmm...I like cereal better but if you are more hungry go for the toast. Cereal creates less dishes.

Hm..well now I'm hungry. Toast with peanut butter sounds good. Less dishes. And milk makes me gag.

you are up at this hour? the body naturally wakes up around this time during sleep because this is the time when you are most not in deep sleep. but if you eat you may get into the habit. so nothing. go back to sleep

unless you're planning on staying UP to burn off all those carbs, I'd choose something with fewer carbs at that hour...like carrot sticks, fruit, etc. Unless weight is no issue?
