Today 1200 calories and more energy did i do ok?
low carb i eat and eat and blow up at so much calories too 2800 as high got
on regular carbs
eating everything in moderation and feel great walked 2-3 miles and
still have energy
my question is since I'm just starting will my weight be ok for losing at this area of calories. like i'm moving more and have energy to do so. feeling better . no more constipation or feeling depressed issues. I was curious if eating fruit, cereals with whole grains, and snacking on treats but still meeting my calories and protien and nutrient intake is ok?
I hit every goal got everything in from my food just was curious if it was bad change?
and figured i'll lose better now calories down and moving more and have more energy.
