    You know , if you drive fast enough the wind will blow the rain right over the seats. Just don't stop for lights. Back when I had my convertible, I always put the roof up when it rained or snowed. You should try it next time.

    lol , no i wouldn't own one to start with

    i saw a guy once while i was driving home , we got a storm and he was looking for place to park under cover as he had convertible , a truckie stop and loaned him a tarp

    Nope I have never owned or wanted a convertable after riding in one. They are noisy, and cold in the winter, hot in the summer, the plastic back window turns yellow and opaque. PLUS, anyone can take a pocket knife and cut through the top to steal what ever you have in it or the car itself. Plus the cost of having the top replaced.
    But hey You look good in it those 10 days a year when you are cruising in that perfect weather !
