this one person is the only person who knows of a serious problem going on with me. the issue has been going on to the point of affecting my health for almost a week nowl my friend just showed up out of the blue with these herbs and some papers explaining what they are for and how to use them. the info wasn't very in depth. anyone with any help in laymans terms would be great. thanks
