What kind of therapy?
Oh...then I can't see why you would be afraid. Just talk to the doc about your issues. See if you can work them out. That's basically all there is to it.

Don't be scared. The therapist will just initiate a general conversation and see where it leads. Therapy goes at whatever pace you're comfortable with so you don't have to spill your guts on the first session. It's a big step but a very rewarding one - good luck! x x x x
Therapists are very friendly understanding people.
They will just talk to you. there is nothing scary about it. They may ask you to fill out some questions. But again there is nothing to it. You will do fine.
dont be scared. expect to meet a complete stranger that will listen to you and explain why you feel how you feel
