OCD causes repetitive actions of many different types, which I believe includes repetitive questions. Autistic people live inside themselves & in their own world. They don't really talk or many times acknowledge others around them. Tourette's causes the afflicted person to blurt out and or yell out inappropriate words and inappropriate times. These words many times are vulgar and of course, unsettling to others in the vicinity. The sufferer does not know when these outbursts are going to happen and certainly have no control over them. They also suffer from involuntary body movements but it is the verbal outbursts that cause them the most problems. So, my vote is OCD.
