False. If that were true you could tell everyone your problem, and then it wouldn't be your problem anymore. I would say "A problem shared is a greater chance of obtaining the best solution."

False. Just because a problem is shared with you doesn't mean that the problem becomes partly yours.

Not necessarily...it depends on if you mean sharing as in just telling someone or if you mean sharing as in someone taking part of the load.....
Even in the latter case, it would really depend on if that problem were evenly shared, or what kind of problem it is.
