that is the definition of insanity. I believe we all have this issue at one time or another... This whole world is insane, because we repeat history over and over, yet it seems the generations forget what happened in the past. True insanity though? Doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results... And in the end not realizing were doing just that... A truly insane person cant comprehend true reality, they believe the variable is within their mind.
