Drink the juice. If you can find real juice and not the stuff that is 98% water and artificial colours and flavours. The good stuff is more expensive, but if you stop buying soda, you'll have more money to buy the good juice.
Try using juice like a cordial, and drink it highly watered down. Cranberry is really nice :)
there's alot of sugar in both juices and sodas; but soda has only empty calories, while juices may have some nutritional benefits.
They are both full of sugar. ... Try water
Forget what these idiots are saying. Don't stop taking either soda or juice. Just find an alternative.<br />
Drink Coca-Cola ZERO caffeine free on occasion (or any soda that has zero calories and zero caffeine), and get a juicer to extract juice from a variety of fruits and vegetables. Also try Crystal Light or sugar-free Hawaiian Punch packs. If you're buying juice from a container, make sure it says 100% fruit juice.
Juice is by far the best option.
Try a few of them zero sugar sodas..
Juice is at least good for you in small quantities, but you really have to start drinking water. It doesn't taste bad once you get accustomed to it.
You won't hate it after a few days. It's really a big step in terms of your health, I think it is worth it. But if you must flavor it then maybe drink tea or something not so sweet.
chocolate is better than broccoli but but you got to do it. Water with lemon then.
depends grape soda is good
