Drink the juice. If you can find real juice and not the stuff that is 98% water and artificial colours and flavours. The good stuff is more expensive, but if you stop buying soda, you'll have more money to buy the good juice.

Try using juice like a cordial, and drink it highly watered down. Cranberry is really nice :)

there's alot of sugar in both juices and sodas; but soda has only empty calories, while juices may have some nutritional benefits.

Juice is at least good for you in small quantities, but you really have to start drinking water. It doesn't taste bad once you get accustomed to it.
