hour glass I know exactly how you feel my advice is you need some time out, go somewhere that is uncrowded were you do not know anyone, so you have time to think and reflect and try to find some peace of mind...in the meantime just keep to yourself as much as possible so you are not under pressure from other people and you have some breathing space ...also keep a diary about why you think it is you feel this way and try to focus on the good things about you as a person...mate its alright to be hating on people sometimes ...it does'nt make you a bad person just frustrated and people will understand, if their insightful they will see it for what it is...ie someone who is hurting and not sure of how to heal, so they will forgive you....give yourself a break

Hate bad people and love good ppl.And don't hate bad ppl hate their bad deeds.
