Not because they have diplomatic immunity, but how would you get the cuffs on them? How would you get them into the police car? And would they really get a fair trial, with a name like killer whales? Any jury, would be influenced by the name, and they would be presumed guilty. And probably hanged. If they only had a neck. But you'd need a lot of rope. And very high gallows.
