You can lose like a kilo a week without big problems. Stop eating after 6pm, cut on chocolate and similar, and drink water before a meal. Cut on juices and soda sugar

No. Never a good idea. You're gonna be under that big shapeless robe anyways, Moderate weight loss, and a healthy diet with a variety of foods and PORTION CONTROL is key. A better goal is to lose 10 by the end of summer, and wear a nice 2 piece for labor day or something. People get so caught up on losing weight for a big event, but there will be dozens more in the near future.
