How?

Best Answer

Well, if we stay here, we don't mess up the other planets. Every planet is better off without human beings on it.

Best Answer

Can't disagree with that. Well said. O notice the loony poster said your post was a good idea but he did not know what you meant did you loony.

Don't be ridiculous. What other planets? Too many disaster movies mate. Do you not suspect that if there are other planets that can sustain life, perhaps they already do and don't want us there too? Hadn't occurred to you, right?<br />

Changed my mind. The moron who wrote this post should be put in a spaceship with a shovel and sent to begin the digging. Good luck mate.

The question is posed because Humans will outsrip what the Earth has to give us... Mars has resources we can use... Venus has an aptmosphere and Earth like gravity... there are some asteroids that contain more iron than all of the building on the planet put together. Not to mention moons like Titan or anyone of Jupiter's 60 moons with resources to sustain humanity or the 30 odd moons of Saturn not to mention the countless other stars and planets in the milky way... dude... not a far off question actually its entirely relevant to humanity's future

Do you know how far it is and how long it takes to get to other planets? And what would they live on? Slight lack of oxygen. People would not survive the length of the journey you see. They'd all die of old age. Or are you going to invent some form of life suspension? There are not planets within reach that could sustain human life and if there were you certainly woulnd't be one of the chosen few. Most of us would't. You haven't thought this through mate. Should I point out that we are still moving AWAY from the centre of the Big Bang, and the Sun. So, in time there will be no Su to heat and grow on this planet. But you have secret information about all these planets where we can live? So why havent we been there? Time and distance of course.

Best Answer

are you an absolute fool? We can create and mine oxygen out of water in asteroids, ice caps on moons such as Dione and there are enough volitiles in the Solar System to create soils and grow life and... you ****.... I was talking about inner system planets like Venus and Mars or planet like moons such as Titan... and the heat death of the universe will not occur for billions more years.

Best Answer

Oh sure. We have done that plenty of times haven't we. Every time there is a drought we simply go and mine asteroids or remove ice caps from planets we've never been to.
No, it's you who an absolute fool. Do you know how much water it would take, and oxygen to sustain the say, 10 billion people we will have shortly? So at best you are talking about trying to sustain life for a very few priveleged few. Usually the rich so who's going to do all the work? ANd who's going to procreate given the richest are usually also very old? You think such humans will make noble sacrifices. Sorry, no evidence of that occuring in our history. You haven't even started thinking this through. Just through a few wild theories together and make up a possibility.
No, we'll make robots who don't need anything to survive. Now that's a succes!
No, you are a fool fooling the only fool here, you.

are you an idiot? we are currently in the process of developing the tools to get to these planets and asteroids. I want to focus peoples attention on the resources that are avaliable. Enough fresh water in those asteroids to fill the worlds oceans there are rare earths and capabilities for growing food and sustaining life for at least several more generations while we sort our **** out here. If you arent interested in continuing the Human species (if you are not you are by definition an evolutionary retard) **** off!!!

Best Answer

Evolutionary retard? Never heard of that. Evolution is actually quite simple to see and follow. But achieving the impossible does not happen. Tell me how you see man beating the time and distance problem. Anyone who goes will be dead before they get to most planets and the closer ones will not accomodate our population.
How much luggage can we take? Will there be a carry on limit and weight limit too. You haven't thought this through at all have you? It's not even safe to use airoplanes on Earth yet you expect all this fantasy to go without a hitch. I believe we have precedent proving otherwise do we not?
You have no idea how much water there is in asteroids, nor how we mine it, if it is there, nor how we get it back here or to wherever your wild imagination thinkk we will go. Nobody said I wasn't wanting humans to continue existing. You just made that up as an accusation as you can't answer the real problems. I don't have to ask. I know you are an idiot.
The total population of the Earth has become extinct at least once that we are aware of already. Do you deny that too?
And why do yopu keep skipping the most obvious things humans need such as food and oxygen. And sunlight?
You appear to be a sci fi nut whos has already left this planet I'm afraid.
