Compared to all other causes, the contribution of humans to the earths ozone deterioration and the resulting greenhouse effect is so miniscule considering the overall true stats for rise in temperature are highly exaggerated by the media and the multi national companies that feed off the business which has developed in the name of being green and ecologically sound.
We are contributing to the demise of this planet but no where near as much as the natural order is set and dictated by many other factors such as our universal position and the axis rotational changes to name but a few.Like (2)

Global warming is real. It is man made. It is caused by sexually transmitted diseases.

When I was in third grade we had to read this scholastic magazine, and I clearly remember these articles from that idiotic publication: There was one that stated we were likely to have an ice age by the year 2000, There was an article that claimed because of evolution human beings were going to lose their pinky finger. My daughter is in the fourth grade and we were talking about things like the scholastic magazine and how much faith you should have that someone is telling you the truth or even all the facts about a subject; and she told me that they still read that stupid magazine and it is just as bogus as ever in that it is full of political propaganda and stories that make you say, "that is bullshit".

Well, the initial assessment has been shown to be incorrect. A more comprehensive evaluation shows that some parts of the world are getting warmer and some colder. So, the term "global warming" is really not used much anymore; instead they call it "global climate change." There's still little evidence to indicate that a substantial difference is being made by humans. But clearly the polar ice caps are indeed melting as the poles become warmer. It's a shame that it's become less a scientific issue than a political one.

Yes it is. But the amount of impact humans have had on it hasn't really been determined. We can prove that green house gases negatively impact the ozone layer. We just can't say whether it's significant relative to climate change. Either way, moving to cleaner forms of energy and recycling...and conserving resources are all good ideas.Like (1)
