A bit of both.
I got married on New Years Eve so we were partying on a midnight on New Years.
My father died a week later.
My wife got pregnant.
She had a miscarriage.
She got pregnant again.
We are having twins.
So it has been up and down a lot this year.

it was sort of 'ehh' i didn't do much at all, i spent most of the year waiting for stuff to happen. towards the end some bad things happened but it was mostly a pretty neutral year.

The jury is still out on that one. It will all depends on whether the seeds I've sown in 2012 will bear fruit in 2013. If not, although it had its good moments, 2012 was a bad one for me!

I would say that this year was between good and bad for me.
Good - being around others, becoming smarter in school, getting Xbox 360 console and Nintendo 3DS console
Bad - dealing with negative emotions/feelings, feeling awkward socially

It was a little bit of both I guess. Mostly good though. Around this time last year I reconnected with some old friends and I've stayed in constant contact with 2 of them. The others it comes and goes but much better than before. I also met this AMAZING guy that I'm totally falling for :). Its been kind of up and down emotionally, my brother stopped talking to me, and school has been much more stressful and exhausting. Its been much better than 2011 and definitely not the worst year I've ever had.

Half of each: There were good points, and there were bad times, neither of which I need to go into discussion here.
But if you were to ask if 2012 was all good, my reply would have to be, "NO!"
