    I would honestly rate him middle of the pack. I think in 100 years, he'll be one of those Presidents that is primarily known for the scandal and impeachment in his last term. The Presidents that are considered truly great tend to be those that presided over wars or watershed events and handled them well, and the ones who are considered poor are the ones who presided over important events poorly. President Clinton's time in office was quiet and prosperous, which will make him less significant than many Presidents that came before and will come after him.

    (Disclaimer: I am a Libertarian and have no interest in either inflating his importance or deflating it since I have little use for either major party.)
