Resolved Question

Was karma responsible for princess diana's death, in a car crash, in a darkened tunnel?

I only ask, because there have been a few mentions, recently, of karma on here. I'm afraid I just don't get it. Can anyone enlighten me, please?

hello:}
i think perhaps fate might be a better term for this ,we all have a certain destiny it is not of course set in stone but i feel there may be several places or exit points in life that we can use to fullfill are destiny ,we, because we have free will and minds can choose certain paths to walk and each path does indeed have consquences ,i believe that there are certain times when the soul decides to come in or go out ,and surrounding these times it affects many people .so the choices that are made by the soul can actually be for the benefit of someone ,something bigger then ourselves .
karma should just be considered as a word to keep you aware of what you do to others i feel .if you TRY to keep to treating others as you wish to be treated this is karma and hopefully if you give out good you will get good in return ,also dying is part of living .
just some extra thoughts ,all these subjects can be very complex and all questions can not be totally answered in this type forum [if they can be answered at all :}:}

The word karma is tossed around a lot these days. Whatever your opinion of Princess Diana, karma wasn't responsible for her death.

The idiot driving the car was.

Karma is the idea of 'what goes around comes around'. I don't think Princess Diana was a bad person or spread negative energy. So, Karma would not have played a role in her death. Sadly, her death was a tragedy. It was probably a conspiracy and it's a shame she is gone.

no, the queen was, if roomer is true and she was pregnant it would have bean possible that the throne would fall in to the "wrong" hands and it might have change the world for the best. so karma is going to get payback sooner or later for her death.

I'll never forget the look on Prince Harry's face as he walked the streets of London with other members of the royal family in the funeral processional.

It's bad enough for children to lose their mother..and then to have the added pressure that you cannot even grieve in private, but have a "Job" that you were born into, never asked for, and are told to suck it up.

I had never felt more sorry for two kids in my life.

A very, very sad moment for England.

There are no proofs that people return to earth because of Karma. All is superstitious speculation.

Karma played no role in Princess Diana's death. But I hope Karma catches up with the people who murdered her.

What gets forgotten is that spiritual people do not believe that death is a punishment or a negative thing for the person who dies. It is an evolution. A quote that helped me deal with the death of a loved one is "My seeming loss is his evolution". Seen from this light, her death could be seen as her karma, meaning it was her time to die --but it is not a bad thing.

pukirahe talking about superstitious speculations when it come about another one's opinion. :D isn't that cute ?

now about the subject. Karma is, along with all "spiritual stuff" a man made concept. if you call your respiration "chi" and think it has supernatural powers, that's your problem. if you want to believe in reincarnation, then you'd say Diana's car driver had his soul remember things from his previous life, and got distracted , thus the accident. If you want to bubble about karma thingies.your choice.
i chose to see the facts: that Diana died in car crush. Accident, conspiracy, murder etc, those are human interactions, possible and understandable. i don't know the truth about why the car crushed. but it was either the driver or the car malfunctioning. not some spiritual thingies.

several versions of karma

the Indian (the word Karma comes from India) version - is that everything you do in this life will effect where you end up in the next incarnation, very tied into casts - the original concept of karma appears to have been unrelated to retribution in this life - but only in the next.

it's meaning has changed - with the banning of casts - and the western influence, to mean retribution in this life as well.

The wiccan version is that every thing you do comes back threefold - thus if you want something good to happen to you, you do something good to somebody else - basic magic

karma is the embodyment of the golden rule - "do unto others what you would have done to you" - and if you don't -Karma will getcha!

hope this helps you understand :)
