    Lucky by Alice Sebold. It's a memoir. It's more like a story though of how she dealt with it. It's a really good book but has some parts that whill be hard to read.

    i say go for "krav maga" instead, its better suited for realistic situations. Make sure you choose good instructors.

    Take BJJ classes, it's uselss for just about anything but for dealing with someone trying to get between your legs it's the best there is.
