The trouble with Indian food is that it varies from place to place and also different names which does make difficult.<br />
And you do I take it realise a lot of Indian actually is actually from Portugal and that is where your chillies came from too<br />

It's so wrong. The history is all wrong . we have been using spices since thousands of years. Tumeric has medicinal usage and a lot of other spices, its not just for taste

My husband although Scottish will eat for breakfast dinner and tea.<br />
Especially the savoury rice <br />
