1958 is my year of birth, the "No Plan" part, I am a songwriter and I wrote that in the mid 1990s, I am rewriting the song now. I chose it here because I can remember it easily.

I don't really care if I am in front of mean people..when i conduct trainings. I am not there to impress nor tickle their ears(say things they want to hear). I just behave as a person that wants to share something they can carry when they go home. and at the end of every workshop. I only had 1 day in my entire 3 years of training in that company who wrote on a paper " the program was selfish" It bothered me and told my boss openly and listened to her with my big ears. "she said, " how many of them has said that in your years of teaching? i answered 1, she said: so why believe in only one person. I smiled but wasn't convinced so i ask for more assurance. -i was looking at her facial expressions and was amazed how emphathetic my boss is... then i finally said, i cant please everyone. and told myself " i shouldn't take everything personally and be positive always. that's another reason behind my username. I'll write soon of more stories about life in the four corner of training room. thank you for the compliment, i try to be nice.
