    No. The human mind deals with 12 million pieces of information at once, of which we can only be conscious of about 30-40. We read many things at an unconscious level, which we attribute to intuition.

    If so, that would be pretty annoying. However, knowing how the government operates, I would have to agree with you on this one. They always delay revealing any technology they develop to the public for a bunch of years.
