In gratitude. Be thankful for another day for within each new day, each new moment, you have the opportunity for change. Be the change you wish to see in the world around you.

When you are thankful you will be kinder to the people around you and when you feel gratitude endorphins in your brain will actually make you feel happier. When you feel happy you show kindness to others. When they feel your kindness the same endorphins that are in your brain will be released in their brain and the will feel happier too. It is in this way that we have the power to change our world , our life experience.

    Life with gratitude.

Wishing you inner peace, love and happiness,
    Ken

By accepting it, doing the best we can, making the most of things, and not looking for someone to blame.

There's a lot of good things to be had out there. Time spent whining could be better spent making something good happen.

Placing one foot in front of the other. Facing each day conquering the hurdles, counting our blessings for that day.
