So i've been tracking my calories for the past week. To maintain my weight i require a daily calorie intake of 2200. To lose a pound a week i'd need one of about 1760 or so. This past week i was WELL under that having a remaining weekly intake of about 2200. I was about 6000 short this week of my weight maintain intake. There're about 7700 calories in a kilogram, so 6000/7700 = about 0.75. I should've lost 0.75 kilograms in theory. Yet i've lost NONE. I've done my daily cardio (10-15 minutes of jogging on top of 20-30 minutes of brisk walking) so what's up with this? Please answer if you know an answer

Try fasting for two days. It will shake up your metabolism and get it moving again.

Mix in some other exercise with the cardio.

i do full body routines every other day. nothing too light, nothing too heavy.

And don't weigh yourself too often. It is not helpful.
